Chromatography spin columns, papers and multiwell plates. Our chromatography spin columns are suitable for ion exchange, metal chelate, Protein A and G, Anti-HSA and C18 matrices for protein capture and purification. The chromatography papers can be supplied in reels but also in disc formats for circular technology and as strips or sheets for special techniques. The chromatography multiwell plates are designed for flow-to-waste and analyte collection in ion exchange chromatography applications.
Affinity chromatography with Vivapure protein A and protein G spin columns for antibody purification and Vivapure metal chelate spin columns for his-tagged protein purification. These spin columns are fast and simple to use affinity chromatography products that achieve highest purification results in one step. They are available in the formats Mini (1.5 ml) and Maxi (50 ml), as ready to use kits including buffers and ultrafiltration devices, as well as as stand alone purification plugs.
Membrane Chromatography | Vivapure®
Ion exchange chromatography devices for protein purification and removal of DNA, proteins, viruses and endotoxins. Choose from a broad range of ready-to-use centrifugal chromatography devices such as spin columns or centrifugal multiwell plates. Various vacuum filtration manifolds, membrane adsorber in syringe filter design and filter capsules in different sizes complete the portfolio of ion exchange chromatography devices for fast and easy handling of small to large sample volumes.
Chromatography papers are not only ideal for chromatography, but also for routine and repetitive separations, routine analysis of proteins in serum (e.g. human albumin) and several absorption applications like those common in the life sciences and diagnostics. The chromatography papers are made of cotton linters with more than 98 % alpha-cellulose content and < 0.04 % ash content. They are very absorbent and available in different weights, thicknesses and capillary rise.
