The procedure for pressure calibration involves the customer completing a delivery check sheet then sending the equipment to our Epsom office to be calibrated.
The customer check sheet includes details of the equipment and the range of the equipment to be calibrated including the minimum and maximum range as well as the number of test points.
For a copy of the check sheet please click here.
The process would involve using a calibrated pressure meter (see image on the right) to test the equipment through the ranges the customer has requested.
Pressure meters and gauges from 0-20bar can be tested.
Typical accuracy of reference test equipment between 1- 100% range would be 0.025% of the reading, for example, 1mb in 5000mb.
