Where can I find a manual for my balance/scale?

Where can I find a manual for my Sartorius equipment?
There are several ways to get manuals for current and older Sartorius equipment. First you can try searching the database on the Sartorius international website, via the links below. Secondly you can contact us and we will find the manual for you. Manuals can normally be provided for free in PDF format, and spare manuals for existing Sartorius models are available for a small charge.

The display on my weighing equipment is showing L
Check that the weighing pan is situated correctly on the weighing system and that the protective cover has not moved and is touching the weighing pan.

The display on my weighing equipment is showing H
Check that the weighing pan is situated correctly on the weighing system.
Check that there is no load sitting on the pan that may be heavier than the weighing machine capacity.

The display on my weighing equipment is showing CH7
Turn the weighing equipment off and then on.

Turn the weighing equipment off and then on and then try the print.

Check that the weighing pan is situated correctly on the weighing system and that the protective cover has not moved and is touching the weighing pan.

Turn the weighing equipment off and then on.

Check that the weighing cell cable has not been discounted from the indicator
Check that the menu configuration is set up to see the weighing cell

Check that the environment conditions are not unstable.
Check that is not a build up of static charges.

Check that the printer ribbon is situated correctly
Replace the print ribbon.
