The software allows the user to trace ingredients throughout the manufacturing process, monitoring giveaway to assist in maximising the profitability of production processes.

SartoMix2 runs on any proprietary PC network, using a dedicated server or a segment of an existing server. Each workstation can contain any number of electronic scales or balances. The correct weighing equipment for a task is automatically selected by the software.
