Sartorius is a world leader in the production of weighing equipment for the tank and vessel weighing market, from 1kg to 1000 tons. Our products are renowned for their reliability and accuracy, with a comprehensive load cell range and a stable of out-of-the-box and programmable process controllers.

Our high quality load cells combined with robust mounting kits offer long term reliability, with protection from vibration, wind and dynamic forces. The ultra wide temperature range (-30C to 180C) gives accurate weighing results in the most demanding environments. All load cells from Sartorius are ATEX approved for hazardous areas. The range includes the PR6211, probably the most compact compression load cell in the world. The 300kg load cell is just 25.2mm high.

Our experience in this field began with Philips Electronic Weighing, which became Global Weighing Technologies (GWT) in 1999. GWT has now been absorbed into the Sartorius brand, however we still offer full service support for Philips and GWT products and are able to offer direct replacements for most Philips and GWT equipment from the Sartorius range.
